The hole punch being used for all of the rivets.  This makes a serious mess.

How I have been holding the folders together before the rivets are ready to go in.  These folders combine 4 to a sheet to make a cd case.  Four folders per page, 4 pages per accordion fold, and 3 accordion folds in the whole book.

This book is an optical illusion.  The hummingbird is actually 3 pics and it seems to move as the book opens and closes.
